Twitching and tight scalp??....

Hi everyone

I've been getting really bad facial twitching, left cheek, forehead, eyes, it's really freaking me out, aswell as my body jolting and my scalp feels really tight, all I can think is oh shit is this some sort of fit :O.

is this normal? Should I seek medical advice!?

muscle twitching can be due to meds are you on anything which could cause this? if you are really worried speak to your dr, but it could be worry and panic manifesting itself it does not sound like a fit, blessings

I've been taking panic attacks non stop for about a week now (everyday)!

but have been suffering from H.A And G.A for 13yrs now have my bad n good days like most but more bad than good right now.

Dr has prescribed me 28 2mg diazepam

Because it's been uncontrollable.

Do you think I should take 4mg because he told me only to take them when I really need to which would probably be right now tbh and 2mg doesn't seem to calm me down for some reason.??

I can't cope with this..?
