i all of a sudden feel realy depresd and feel like crying. i feel so bored of life.

So sorry to hear that... it's been a tough day for me too. I think sometimes blips can occur........ mine seems to be the day after a good day where I have had lots to do and a bit of stress...the next day I suffer.....................

I ave for a. Few days again now got constant lump I. My throat and eyes well up but I just don't seem to be fully crying I ave been life,e this before and wen it does finally open the flood gate of rears I tink omg I never going to stop and if some one ask me why I am crying I say I don't no take care xx
