I was out yesterday and had some alcohol. I dont feel sick or sore or headache but im just so totally afraid. I am so scared ill die. Im shaking. Im hot. Im cold. I cant get bad thoughts out of my head.

Oh, I know that feeling. :( Have you researched your fears here in the forums? Sometimes that's helped me put my fears in context and feel more calm...

Also, is it possible the alcohol could be magnifying your fears at the moment?

Oh bless you. I think most of us have felt this way.
Try to keep busy and occupy your mind, it helps to focus on something different.
I know its easy for me to tell you to keep busy.
A drink can also play havoc with anxiety disorders, keep your chin up - you can get better from all this xxxx
