Hi my name is Amy, im 33, and I suffer from mainly health anxiety which has severely worsened this last few months. I also have panic attacks. I am a mum of three children who are 5, 7 and 9. Welcome, Amy. I only get health anxieties when I have bad panic but I'm sure you'll find plenty of people who can relate here. You are not alone.
