Had enough now!

Not havin a good evening since around 6pm I have a what feels like a tight band around my head and a dizzy light headed feeling! I'm gonna book a appointment with the docs tomorrow. Anyone else get the tight feeling around the head? I've also a niggling pain in the back of my neck

Yes that's a classic tension headache.

Yep as above I was at the doctors on Friday and that's exactly how she described a tension headache, nothing to worry about :-)

In Claire Weeks book she actually has a chapter about the band round the head feeling. it is classic with anxiety and the muscle tension in the head and neck can cause dizziness and light headedness.

Thanks. I have heard a lot of good things about this book, I may see if I can download it. I want to help/cure my anxiety without the meds this book may help
