Well I lasted 10 days on Citalopram.
Took 2 Zopilcones one night and still didn't sleep.
I wasn't getting any sleep at all and God knows how I went to work. I was a total zombie.
Original anxiety that caused me to be prescribed it is still there but has lessened. The relief of actually getting some sleep is an incredibly positive help.
Drug free and relying on counselling and CBT courses now.
It isn't a bad drug just bad for me unfortunately.
