Hi,

Last night I was only able to sleep for 4 hours and so took a half spoon of tylenol PM cough to help sleep (as a try). Boy was that a bad mistake.
My lightheadness/dizziness has been terrible all day today. It is really frightening.

I have had constant lightheadness for the last 4.5 months. Before this started whenever I used to get less sleep I would get a slight headache and burning of eyes (usual mild symptoms), but now the dizziness is really horrible whenever there is less sleep.
Anyone else have seen this?

HI

I can relate to this when I am really tired my dizziness gets worse. I think we have an exhausted nervous system which needs lots of rest to recover therefore when we are tired the dizziness gets worse. It is our body crying out for sleep.

Take care and try not to worry too much about it as this will just make the symptom worse.

Definitely.
