pains in wrist and hands

I was woken up last night to pains in my wrist and hands it was like a really throbby ache.. it finally went away a few hours after but niw its starting to feel the same again..

Im kind of freaking out as I habe no idea what it could be..

Why would my wrists and hands hurt???

I get this often, i think its from tensing when i have panic attacks. Horrible feeling :(
