Feeling Lost

Hey, my name is GG. I'm 26 years old and have suffered from most types of depression and anxiety for over ten years.

I'm currently going through a patch where I'm struggling to go to work because of paranoia, and the sheer lack of self esteem that I have been suffering from since I was a a kid, doesn't help.

I haven't left my house now for 4 days... I'd love to hear from some people that know what it's like to be this lost and desperate, people around me are nice but I find it hard to believe they really understand.

I'm sorry I babbled on then.
