So me and my partner of 7 years split 5 days ago. I still cant stop crying and its getting worst as the days go on... really dont no how im going to get bk on track. I have only one best friend... no money... and living bk home wit me mam... it is scaring the crap out of me. Even if I want to meet someone else... I suffer with bad anxiety which really knocks my confidence and I dont want my anxiety to b the cause of another split. Just dont no wot I can do now?
