shaking in sleep

I keep waking up during hte night and i feel like I'm vibrating. But i don't really wake up and in the morning it feels like a dream. it only last a few minutes and i go right back to sleep. Wondering if anyone else experiences this or if it's all in my head??

No bi get that too. When I'm waking I feel a vibration sensation in my chest.....not everyday but regularly. It is frightening, but it's anxiety

Yes yes and yes!
It is a symptom that really scares me - I feel like my head is vibrating and im convinced im having some sort of seizure - in fact I think its down to plain old anxiety! x

Thats what it feels like but I'm never really awake to see whats going on. I have found that a few deep breaths seems to calm it. But i try very hard to ignore it and stay asleep.
