Unwanted urge to masturbate?

I have POCD. This scares me so much that it depresses me and literally brings me down. I do not want to be a pedophile! The thing is, I do get groinal responses and how they feel. However, whenever triggered by something, I get a feeling very similar to a groinal response/arousal which then leads me to get the urge to masturbate, to adults. I only want to masturbate because of my normal urge to adults and not because of my POCD. Is this normal? I do not want this :weep:

Anxiety can cause blood flow, often mistaken for arousal. If you are not masturbating to thoughts or images of children,and the thought of that is disgusting to you.
You are not a Pedophile but have POCD.
If you are young its perfectly normal to have a lot of urges to masturbate,but the more you obsess over this, the worse it will get.
These are just thoughts, but you really need to get some professional help with this TC.
