nearly 3 weeks on anti anxiety still shaky?

Is it possible to still have anxiety all day even after starting an antianxiety 3 weeks ago?, I didn't take my Ambian last night, so I am going on little sleep here, maybe 4 hours. Does anyone else have tingling soon after they wake up and muscle twitches and shaky hands? Is this all anxiety? and why isn't the medicine working yet? I so badly want releif. It sucks so bad, i can hardly do anything. does it get better?

Hi there, yes it can take some time. I too have peaks of anxiety still with shaky hands and tremors, and I've been on an increased dose of Sertraline for almost a month. It will pass.
