what are your symptoms? I have tons

Just wondered if anyone else had persistant symptoms that don't seem to go away mine are:

tingling all different areas at different times
muscle twitches all different areas at different times
shakyness all the time
trembling in my hands most of the time
increased heart rate whenever i check it
Insomnia going on two months now
no energy most of the time
feeling hot
feeling cold
one arm feels weaker off and on
weight loss about 10 lbs
nausea
trouble swallowing sometimes
dizzy sometimes
crying a lot



It would be comforting to know who else feels this way and how long then it may make me feel better. anyone?

Yup. My main issue is hand trembling.

General tension (feelings of nervousness)
'Electric' muscles, as if I had been in a minor car accident or shocking experience lately
Palpitations (probably made worse by acid reflux)
Bloating (horrible after some meals, might be allergy also)
Muscle spasms
Crazy dreams
Tight back and neck
Fear of staying in public for too long, in case of a panic episode
Sweating
Inability to relax
