Headaches

Not posted here for a while been getting bad headaches that are their when I wake up feels like headpressure after half hr or so after waking they usually have gone, I've always been a headache sufferer but that fact that it goes when I'm up and mobile is worrying me. Anyone ?

I wake up with bad headaches when I didn't drink enough water the day before. Could you be dehydrated?

It could be sinus problems. I sometimes wake up with a headache and it seems to be my sinus getting blocked during the night.

I have a sinus infection at the moment. I have been waking up with a stuffy head and by the time I have showered got the kids to school its gone. Think its all related x

Sinusitis caused by anxiety if the pressure feels as though it's from within, tension headache from anxiety if it feels like a tight band. Either way, nothing to worry about. :)

I agree sinuses. The allergies are terrible right now.
