The doctor prescribed me 12.5 mg of Ambian for sleep, i was taking Ativan .5 or a 1 mg and it only lasts about 4 hours. I am scared to take it. Last night I took the Ativan and slept for like 3!, Anyone take Ambian and how did it work? How much did you take? and how long?
