when i look at my family its if it dosent sink in also when i look in mirror
its the same i feel like im in a daze all the time im sure im going mad is this dp/ds ive had enough now 4 years ive been this way and it gets worse

I know that anxiety can make you feel like you're in a dream like state. If you're having contact anxiety, that could result in a constant feeling like things aren't really real
Very common - derealisation / depersonalisation. Have looked at myself in the mirror & knew it was me but couldn't recognise myself. Same looking at my husband. Nothing to fear - accept the weirdness & get on with your day. Acknowledge that it's there but don't 'attach' to it & it will eventually dissipate.
