Feeling so down

Hi Folks

just wanting to post this, so I can get it out, managed to concur my panic attacks, not my anxiety though, had to get a biopsy done last week and my panic attacks are returning again, am just feeling that everytime I struggle to get back on my feet something else comes along to knock me off again. Was ok getting biopsy done about a week ago, but panic attacks slowly returning, couldn't sleep last night and woke up feeling so emotional and can't stop crying, I know I need to get a grip just so hard. Sorry just had to post.

Hi Reeny, Sorry to hear your having a bad time at the mo. Like you I didnt get to sleep last nite and have cried a river today. Lets hope we both get a good sleep in tonite. T.c x

feeling really bad for u because you are in really a bad condition and i would suggest you to go for on line solution as well
