Anyone else get a kind of tensed pain right in the middle upper back between the shoulder blades when they are stressed or anxious?

Hey there, I have that today, convinced it's my lungs but rationally I know it's not. I think it's very common

I thought at first it might be something to do with adrenal glands and adrenaline, but I then read that it causes lower back pain

My typical back pain is lower right, but I've been having achiness in my whole back lately. Probably from having horrible posture....

Was going to post this later today. I am having similar pain, and also feels like it's in my chest as well. It hurts a bit when I take a deep breath. I can never figure out if it's anxiety that causes the pain, or if anxiety makes me feel like every pain is serious. Oh the joys of HA.
Hang in there everyone. I have been doing some stretches so hopefully that will loosen up whatever is going on in my back.
