tingling tight chest....anxiety symptom?

Does anyone else ever all of a sudden feel like their chest is tingling, sort of vibrating and get really tight? It used to happen to me often, then hadn't for a long time but is doing it again tonight. Is it just an anxiety symptom?

Yes I get this it's freaky and it is anxiety.

I got it on Saturday while I was standing up front in a wedding. I was so scared I was gonna have an attack that I think I induced it myself :-\ after the wedding was over I calmed down. I also had bought some spanx and took them off because the restriction was making me panicky. I wore them at the reception no problem because my mind was distracted the whole time. Stupid anxiety....
