....and I'm happy to say I'm feeling a lot better these last two weeks. :)
I'm off school for the summer and I was worried that I would have a hard time spending more time at home but I'm actually not. I've also started reading up on the free anxiety books again.
Since I have all this free time now I decided to join the gym which helps relax me and puts my mind at ease. I'm very happy at where I am at this moment and hope to continue this routine.
Thank you to everyone who has helped me throughout this rocky journey, I know i'll come to some more bumps along the way but right now I feel like I am indestructible! haha.
