just thought id mention that i was taking omneprazole for acid reflux and was sure it was making me feel anxious.checked online and it seems this drug is a no no for any1 with anxiety issues

If you mean omeprazole I have taken it many times without issue. What website did you find that info on can I ask?

Anxiety is not even a rare side effect of omeprazole.

been of it 4 days and chest is no longer tight and "furball" in throat has gone

in on omeprazole and its not caused my anxiety to be any worse than it actually is

Considering that it is a drug for acid reflux and peptic ulcers it should not cause anxiety. I had a quick look online and not once saw it causes anxiety, the only side effect I could see were general digestive complaints like nausea and tummy ache. Maybe you're confusing these side effects with anxiety?

PS - I've worked in many care homes where this drug was prescribed to a large number of residents that I cared for and I never heard or witnessed any side effects of any description relating to Omeprazole.
