Fuzzy head

Hi all, my head feels very very heavy, feels like after you've had a few alcoholic drinks, I had a major panic attack Thursday. But my head felt very fuzzy week before, my anxiety has been bad for about a month. Do you think it's anxiety related? Nw do I stop it??

Hi, I've had this for a week - infact I went to A&E on Tues afternoon as it got so bad - it was an aura migrane bought on by tension and anxiety, i got checked out and the doc said I had nothing to worry about - i went to my GP the next day they took bloods but more as peace of mind for me than anything else. I'm now back on meds for my anxiety hopefully that should help me. Can I ask do u have a pain in the back of the neck too?

Hi thanks for your reply, no I don't have a sore neck, I hope it is just anxiety and tension, I will go dr if it carries on on Tuesday
