Cheek biting is something I've done for years subconsciously. I have scars along the inside of both cheeks. Anyone else an anxious cheek biter?

ugh yes, i have done this since i was a kid... the inside of my cheeks and my lips are sore and full of scars... my dentist always says that i need to stop the biting, but i simply can't...
