I wanted to see whether others are on medication for health anxiety and whether you are on something specific to this type of anxiety? I see a psychologist and she said it could be worth me seeing a psychiatrist who can prescribe me a specific type of anxiety med instead of just getting standard anti depressant from GP. I can't get into psychiatrist for a while and think I need to start meds now. So I'm interested to know what type of meds I should be speaking to my GP about in meantime.
