As I have posted many times previously, I have had this suffocation feeling day and night for over 14 weeks now. Physical problems seem to be ruled out. Sometimes I get chest tightening with it and other times I don't. Sometimes my head is in a fog, sometimes not. I got put on Hormone Replacement Therapy just over 4 weeks ago but I'm wondering now if I'm better off keeping off the HRT until I get this breathing situation turned around.
