Lymph nodes in groin - need your help?!

Hi there,
I"m not sure if what I"m feeling is my lymph nodes or something else.

In my groin area where lymph nodes are I can feel lots of little bumps.
Do you guys have these as well or is this lymph nodes.

I've actually checked my 2 year old and she has them too and I can feel them all up to my belly.

Some are about 1cm in my groin and like little peas.
I have no idea if they are lymph nodes or not - do you guys have them!
Feel for me please!

It could be muscle or fatty tissue or something?
Surely it's not lymph nodes as there are quite a few of them.

If they feel the same as ones in your belly I would say that its just fatty tissue. I can feel fatty tissue all over my tummy and legs. I can also feel a couple of lymph nodes in my groin but they are larger and feel different to the other ones.
