I have had anxiety and prob depression too for several months since an eye op. I hav tried everything advised ie cbt breathing techniques relaxation tapes excersises yoga
Beta bockers antidepressant and now do not take them as made no difference. Sorry I sound so hopeless but I would like to know anyone who has any advice or maybe know how it is? Feel like giving up but hav lovely husband

How do you feel about the surgery and the eye problem you had/have ?

If the op/eye problem has changed the way you feel about things, things like yoga probably won't help. Do you think the whole episode has changed the way you feel about yourself/life ?

Talk to your husband. Let him know EVERYTHING that is going on with you. Trust me it will help. Let him comfort you
