shoulder pain

Have had an aching right shoulder for over a week now. Sometimes travels down my arm only to the elbow and up my neck. Ear also feels sore and sometimes behind the right eye. I suffer with panic and anxiety and am getting myself worked up. Could it just be muscular or something more sinister? Have been using heat for discomfort. Should I see my G.P.

It doesn't sound like anything sinister and is most likely to be muscular or even trapped wind can cause pain in your shoulder. The ear pain is probably not even related to the shoulder pain and could be sinus related. The only way that you can know for sure what it is, is to see your doctor.
