PANIC ATTACK MONSTER (pam)
When I wake up in the morning I always think of Pam,
If I leave the house ,she knows exactly where I am.
When I walk to the school, she follows me all the way,
If I go shopping , she makes it impossible to stay,
If you happen to meet Pam, just say a quick hello,
make your excuses and tell her you have to go.

Pam is just a thought, and a thought is just a thing...
A thing is just one little bit of what makes me, LIKE ME :D.

hi mirry, i love your poem! I've never met Pam, but unfortunately I get followed around by Ham (health anxiety monster) wherever I go (i might need to get a restraining order against him), and just occasionally i get a visit from Sam (Social anxiety monster) - he tends to turn up at any parties i go to! :D

yes Pam is a bully, but between us we can beat her up ;)
I used to know HAM, ( hes a right pig ) , lol.
And I still meet SAM , usually when at partys but lately I havent seen him around town , which is great :D
BY THE WAY NO OFFENCE TO ANY PAMS OR SAM MEMBERS ON HERE....AND NOT FORGETTING (JUST INCASE) ANY HAMS ......

Ooh yes lets get hold of PAM, my quick right hook and your swift kneeing technique will have her on the floor and we'll all pounce on her and duff her up.
I do not advocate violence but she really is trouble.

hee hee sam, yes, you do get to go to lots of parties, but unfortunately you have to go to lots of meetings at work too!
Lots of people seem to know Pam (mag whispers..."I think she gets around a bit!")
Seeing as i've known Ham for such a long time, i thought he deserves a poem too:
Ode to Ham (health anxiety monster)
I know a guy called Ham
(he's an irritating pr**k)
Whenever i bump into him he says
"you're looking sick"
He's got a whiny little voice that's so hard to ignore
but one day i'll just turn around and smack him in the jaw!
I want to smack him in the goolies really, but i couldnt think of anything to rhyme :(
And yes, i have been thinking that up all afternoon (what can I say, I'm a word nerd!)

I know a girl called Sam
You might just know her too
She only ever visits when i'm doing something new
She tells me I look stupid
She tells me i've gone red[:I]
And worst of all she always laughs at stupid things i've said!

i'd forgotten about poor old gad, but he deserves a good kicking too (before he gets flushed down the loo)
