day 13 5mg

Not great sleep last night. Now sitting at my desk tired restless legs and want to scream.
Half feel like taking a valium. Pray to god this fog lifts.
Not the moat positive post, but an honest one.

Restless legs are a SE of Citalopram but that is one that passed after a few weeks, for me at least.......

You are going to have good days and bad ones... it really is early days for you so stick with it:)

Everyone has been wonderful on helping me stick with it, so I hope I can encourage you to stick with it..Even my doctor told me it is not a straight road of recovery..You will feel like you have made some progress and then backslide.It is perfectly normal..I have had a really bad week, on 10mg now and today I feel a bit better..I do find taking a .5mg of lorezapam at night helps me sleep..Maybe you can talk to your doc about that..We are here for you, hang in there..debbie

I hope you start to feel better, the 8th will be a month for me, i must say i hope i see some better days!!!
