today(my 23rd bday)

Im not having a good day all all!!:weep:
had tons of anxiety last night so i took a Hydroxyzine pam 25mg, the day or day after i take those i always feel dizzy and groggy!
Any who, today i just all of a sudden started to feel really anxious, then i thought i was having pains in my left arm, leg, but when i dont think about it, it goes away!:shrug:
i really dont want to spend my birthday in the ER having test done, when i can be at home with my children, husband and family having a great time!!!

I even have a bottle of Red Oliver Wine that im afraid to drink because of me taking Cit and Hydr!!:lac:

ONCE AGAIN ANXIETY IS MESSING MY LIFE UP!!!
