haven't been on for a while been good for a while but after my doctor appt yesterday started to get hbp worries again she told me to monitor it again, it was 128/90 when medical assistant took it than dr took it before I left and went up 140/94. been taking it and its all over the place. don't now what to think. now im experiencing weird head sensations. whis I never go to that doctors appt.:weep:
