Tip for all - GET A MASSAGE!

Just a tip for everybody who has the means .... if you can, get a massage! I just came back from a deep tissue massage and feel wonderful. It was so relaxing. I have had them before, but can't afford to go often... but sometimes places offer special deals (or use sites like groupon and livingsocial for discounts).

My muscles feel great and it was very calming.

If it's in the budget, this is a GREAT tip. I go at least once a month (insurance covers it due to my health situation) and I'm literally "Goo Boy" after they're done :D
