really upset! my husband is mad at me.

He does say he understands but he is getting upset because after a month on effexor I don't seem to be getting much better. I am scared of everything I can't stop obsessing over my health and now I can't sleep and the medicine for that doesn't seem to work. I keep missing work I was told by my boss that I won't lose my job. I had a bit of a breakdown at work couldn't even go in met my boss in the parking lot it is getting so bad, what am I going to do?

Your husband needs to understand that the added pressure of his anger at you will only make the HA worse, not better. Try to take any time you can to meditate and clear your thoughts, even if only for a moment.
