panic attacks when travelling

hi guys my name is marymon i have been getting panic attacks since i lost my son 2 years ago i only get them wen i am traveling anyone on here the same :)

Hi :) welcome to no more panic
I do get panic attacks when traveling to (although defiantly not the only time I get them) I guess it takes me out of my comfort zone going further and further away from home.
I hope you find some help on here x

I tend to get them when driving, especially if i'm on a road that i can't just pull over :(
