still worried

No idea why my anxiety is so bad tonight. Still wide awake feeling like crap, had to take painkillers for toothache, now I'm having silly thoughts about them even though I've taken them before, any suggestions? :(

I do the same thing. No matter how many times I've taken something I'm always Leary again the next time.....but obviously if you've taken them before, you'll be fine
