keep needing to urinate

as you,ve proberly just read one of my post i,ve had a rotten cold. but the last few days i keep needing to wee.weither it,s to do with it or something else. oops! my writings gone a bit funny sorry.. but everythings worrying me at the moment.

I am the same today and you know why? because I am feeling more anxious today. I have been able to go for ages without needing a wee while my anxiety has been under control but now it is back I am at the loo every half hour :(

i think my anxietys come back. it was stable for a while
