Hi my name is Karen, iv suffered from anxiety for 3+ years, I struggle talking to people I can't go out without someone with me I'm 21 years old, it all started when I got attacked by two different people on separate occasions and at that point I worked with them and because it happened outside of work my boss would not take any action!!! Which left me feeling alone and to top it all of my gran was dying of cancer, I was so stressed out, angry and sad I began having panic attacks, ended up leaving the job I loved and ever since iv been struggling :( I'm now on medication and see specialists regularly but its hard!!!!!
