My girlfriend has be suffering from stomach issues for some time and the doctors have no idea what is causing it other than stress as she seems perfectly health. I am slowing but surly recovering from GAD and know very well that anxiety can cause almost any symptom if you give it enough of your attention. Now her issues have got worse during our exam time which is what made me think it could be an anxiety problem as I know she is naturally a VERY worrisome person. Problem is that she will not even give the possibility a thought. I am looking for advice on both if anxiety can cause long term stomach issues and how I could go about finding out if this is anxiety caused without "trouble".
