Hi everyone,
Just joined the site. I suffer from anxiety and panic attacks, especially when around strangers or groups of people. Sometimes leaving the house is difficult cause I feel overwhelmed. Even simply going to the store freaks me out. I've been this way pretty much since I was a kid, and I've tried coping best I could without medication. I wish I was just normal for once. I hope this site will help me deal. Anyway, that's just me.
