Today's a good day!

Hi - Docs took my bloods last week to do some tests following an anxiety attack I suffered last week. My bloods came back clear and I couldn't be happier, I'm not going to question them or ask for a second opinion I am just happy with that result. I have also worked out when and why my anxiety started - I'm still on Douslepin which I'm gonna take until the pack has finished but from today I'm gonna move forward and put this anxiety dragon at bay! Reason for this post is to try and encourage others to do the same.

Coz I don't want to relay on meds I'd much prefer to see if I can keep it away naturally. I still have enough meds for the next couple of months.
