I don't want to die.
I've got too much to do, too many people I don't want to leave.
I don't have any particular symptoms right now, I just don't feel right. I feel like I'm in a bubble? Is that anxiety?

Thanks for replying.. I'm hoping it's going to stop soon so can sleep. I feel like I'm in a bubble and my arms feel really numb..

Do u wanna know what I do sometimes? I take myself to my bedroom lie on my bed in darkness and breath in and out deeply until I'm relaxed - works wonders for me.
