I have been a member for ages but went nearly 4 yrs without visiting. I have had an intrusive thought for nearly 3 yrs well ever since my 3 yr old was a few months old, even though some tboughts were bad before then. I have a 9yr old as well and my thoughts regard both of them and feel like I have memory loss or worse cos the last 3 yrs are a blur. On here now looking for help with this cos at the end of my tether with it all and don't know what is real.
So basically I'm 32 with a husband,9yr old son and 3yr old daughter should be happy but my thought is too intense.
