Hi
This site has been incredibly helpful over the past week and I have learned so much.
I am stopping drinking and caffine (1st day today)
and I'm also going to start at the gym and loose some weight.

I suffered with panic attacks for the past few years but thought I had a grip on it. Over the past year I have put on a lot of weight and stopped exercising due to a change of job, and since November they have come back worse than ever.

Reading posts on here I've resided that every time I have one is due to booze, caffine or too many nicorette gums (been on them for 3 years now). And because I'm so unfit at the moment I've no hope when I over indulge.

I went out last night and had far too much to drink and it has been horrendous today. Ever time I've had a gum the panic has started. I have a very supportive wife luckily.

I'll let you know how it goes :)

:) Hi Rob. I can identify with you. I have stopped drinking for the past 4 days and the panic attacks have subsided. I love coffee and ciggies. It's veryy hard to give it up but I am trying very hard. Well done to you.
