tingling face/heartburn..help

Hi all
I've been on citalopram for about 3 yrs and decided i'd had enough and came off it about 4 months ago. I was so proud of myself and i've been okish without it. No real symptoms to speak of. However in the last 2/3 weeks I've started getting mild hearburn and my face/lips are constantly tingling.

Does this sound like health anxiety to you? I've not had this symptom before and I'm struggling to keep my anxiety at bay.

I'm worrying about alot of things at the moment..job/money/life etc and i wondered if this could be the reason i'm getting this

Any thoughts/advice would be really lovely

Anxiety can cause both these things. I developed bad heartburn especially when i laid down to go to sleep, this was brought on by my sever anxiety episode. I get tingling in parts of my body as an anxiety sign quite often
