Hi,

Yes, as we speak I have had a crap afternoon, with some bad ectopic heartbeats, which has then made me VERY anxious. This has made my face, hands, arms, legs, feet and my shoulders tingle.

Im sure its to do with stress, muscle tension and hyperventilation.

So I am sitting here sympathising with you and Im trying to breath through it and get to a calm level again.

Juicyluce

When I start to feel dodgy I usually get pins and needles in my arms.
I have even had then on the top of my head, which was quite freaky!

I've been told it has to do with an uneven balance of CO2 and O2 (hyperventilation). Has anybody spoke to you about dyaphamatic breathing? This technique helps me after a few minutes.
