day 21 5mg( more like 7mg)

Hi all,

well thats 3 weeks under the belt and still plodding along, sometimes trudging, but better than i was 4 weeks ago. headaches i had seem to be subsiding.

awaiting feedback from my consultant if i should go upto 10mg.

hows everyone doing?

Hi paul, glad you are still sticking at it... onwards and upwards:D. I have gone up to 15mgs this last week. SE's came back , sleep problems, a little more anxious, a little nausea..... but better today and not having dark thoughts in the mornings either. Dr wants me to go up again to 20mgs........I will have a little think about that:huh:

Thanks Sarah,

Just been given the go ahead from my Shrink to go to 10mg. in a way it’ll probably be better as my pill cutter is obviously rubbish and likes to give me a 60/40 or 70/30 split.
Let me know how you go with the 15mg.
