Mirtazapine 15->30mg dizziness on another level

Hi,

I went up to 30mg 5 days ago after being on 15mg for 2weeks and the dizziness is out of this world. Had a spell last night and now it's been pretty much all day - even sitting down the room is slightly spinning. No nausea though which is good. I hope it will pass

Is this common?

I have heard this to be very common. Give them a couple of weeks to settle :)

I had to come off in the end. Dizziness wouldn't go. Now I am even dizzier as I come off!
