Hello, I just though I'd check this site out and post. I'm an older guy, about 50, who seems to be prone to a special type of relationship OCD that "strikes" years into a relationship, when during a time of stress some kinda minor event occurs that makes me endlessly ruminate on my partner's past relationships. Hit me to some extent during each of the 3 major long-term relationships I've had, and I am shocked that it has hit me now about 20 years after being married to a lovely woman. Just beginning therapy (to try to get to the "bottom" of the insecurity, realizing this is different from treating the OCD component) and probably meds as well, though I still have not decided about the latter.
That's my story in a nutshell...hope to interact and maybe be of help/support to some of the people here!
